Tuska was once a normal boar. Through a series of events unknown to any at this time, she came into possession of an Elder Artefact and gored a god, becoming one herself. After this, it seems she went on a rampage across multiple planes, occasionally hunted by another god known as Skargaroth. The followers she accumulated, unbeknownst to her, followed her across the planes, until she was finally blinded by [[Guthixianism#Guthix|Guthix]] on the Naragi Homeplane.
