Background
Monique was born as the third of five children, to a struggling couple. The 'family', or so as they were called, resided in Rimmington for the better part of Monique's childhood. Her father, Christopher Aldona, worked as a Guard all the way in Falador, and often came home late, though his shift normally ended several hours prior to his arrival. There was a time, when Christopher preached that with hard work, anything was possible. He taught his children to live by three rules.
